If you have a funny (or even serious) weight related picture, post it for everyone to enjoy.

I was always told that vertical stripes makes you look thinner; here's the proof:

Nice choice. That's my avatar picture.

Great (Warped? Maybe both?) minds think alike.

Can y'all explain to me how to get a picture in the post vs a thumbnail?

Thanks!

Sure.

I use Imgur on my macbook and also run their app on my iPhone.

http://imgur.com

From the iPhone......open the imgur app and press the add button.....select your pic from your camera roll and upload it to imgur. Resize it to whatever size you'd like....save it.....then copy the url address and post it in your thread.

I think registration is still free with them and there is a nominal lifetime usage fee if you'd want more storage than the free version.

Photobucket is another similar app that works almost as easy.

I just went to Google Images (other search engines work too), typed in the phrase, clicked on the image, then right clicked and copied the image then pasted it in the post (depending upon the image type, it may not work, so I then would go click on the View Image" button to the right of the image, go to the image page and copy & paste it from there.

The images vary in pixel sizes, some pictures may be quite large.

There are other ways to do this, but this is down and dirty -just the way I like it. ;)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
