Sleeved 3/28, still on liquids. 18th going to purees. I think on my plan solids is at least 5-6 wks in. Let the weight loss happen, don't go by what you should be this adventure should take about a year. Part of it will be how you can maintain and work on your own exercise routine. GL!

How much have you lost by now out of curiosity! I know we've been on the same threads for awhile!

42 pounds lost sleeved 3/9

That is awesome! I am down 20 total from my top weight when I started this journey, 14 since surgery 3 wks ago.

16 lbs. since surgery date ( March 16) 50 lbs. since I started my journey... Still a lot to go

Yes . Stall for 4 days now. Surgery was on 3/22. I keep calm on move on with the program. Take my protein and try to go the gym on a regular base.

Anyone hit that dreadful stall yet?

Not really sure as I did not have a scale in my home until almost a month after surgery. When I unpacked the scale I was pleased at the loss, but it was not what it had been between surgery and initial post-op visit. Can't really say if there was a stall or not.

With that being said... trying to not weigh myself more than once a week. Slow and steady progress will win this. :D
