  8. I was ahead of the curve the entire time after surgery!
  9. I almost 6 weeks pregnant and a year and a half out from the sleeve surgery. Last night I started having a pulling pain it feels like scar tissue. Is this normal? It doesn’t hurt to the touch just when I move it feels like it’s pulling. Thoughts? I reached out to my patient advocate and they just told me it’s probably normal. This is definitely in my stomach area near an incision.

  12. Update. I had to go to an RE. He's unsure that I ever had PCOS. So we have unexplained infertility. After an IUI we are pregnant, about 4 weeks!

  15. [emoji15][emoji15][emoji15] today I had a local election the lady almost didn't let me vote because my license didn't look like me. I have lost 150+ pounds and have maybe 20 to go. Man these last 20 are hard!

  17. No. I can assure you lose the weight then do the exercises necessary to mold your body. I would not lose at all when I was working out harder then a 30 minute walk. Now that my rapid weight loss is done I'm back to shaking my body. I haven't had an issue!
  18. It's crazy to look like a normal person I still sometimes don't see it. I'm about 20 pounds from my final goal. It's getting hard to lose. I'm maintaining any advice?
  19. Here's some face shots. Wow. Time flies!
  20. I've lost 140 pounds since last March. I have PCOS. Two months ago I went off birth control and had my first natural period on time. Here I am a month and a half later and my period is late and I'm not pregnant. Sooo, as much as I want to say yes it will happen it may take a while.
  21. It'll be a year mid march hW:320 SW: 286 CW: 182 GW: 150-160
  22. I'll try that. I know it's been over a year (a lot longer if we count it all) but for some reason they only care about a year past when I get off my birth control, again. These people just really don't get it. They treat those of us with PCOS like we aren't as important or don't have valid concerns. Now, people could look at me and have no idea I have it! 23. Nothing is happening. Seriously I've gone over my food and Water intake and I'm exercising and I can't lose a darn thing. So frustrating. I dropped 15 pounds a month before surgery and now I can't even drop a pound in a month. What gives? I know people say stalls, but nearly two months of a stall? That can't be normal! 24. I wish someone would see me, but they won't. No endo within three hours of me will see me until I've been trying for a year again. :/ Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  25. Hello friends. I'm coming up to my one year surgaversary! I'm about 20 pounds from my goal weight and am just thinking ahead. My doctors (surgeon and on) both gave me the go ahead to start trying for a baby at the one year mark. Because I have PCOS we tried for four years with no luck before surgery. Has anyone had any luck? I know they say you're more fertile during the first few months after surgery, but I think that's geared towards those without this issues. What all can you do to help speed the conceiving up? An endocrinologist won't see me till we've been trying for a year again. To have waited that long from day one till now just seems heartbreaking! 26. The top picture was taken a couple of weeks ago and I can already tell more of a change. HW:320 SW: 286.5 CW: 180 (with the Water retention from the time of the month lol) I'm losing so slowly now, but am really seeing my body start to catch up Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
