Pregnant and scar tissue?

I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and a year and a half out from the sleeve surgery.

Last night I started having a pulling pain it feels like scar tissue. Is this normal?

It doesn’t hurt to the touch just when I move it feels like it’s pulling.
