Oh, this is perfect timing. The one I have with the ADEK has 60 mg of iron and I’m wondering if that might be a bit too high since I eat a pretty clean diet with iron rich foods. We’ll see when I get my labs back at the end of the month but yours with the 45 may be better for me.

Ooh I was doing too many things at once. I didn’t realize until I really looked at it to compare that it has the mint scent thing in it as well. I am super excited now!! am going to figure out how to print the ingredients right now so I can take to my appointment with me and make sure this is okay but it looks perfect to me. I can’t wait to try these with the mint insert.
