Sleeved 3/28, still on liquids. 18th going to purees. I think on my plan solids is at least 5-6 wks in. Let the weight loss happen, don't go by what you should be this adventure should take about a year. Part of it will be how you can maintain and work on your own exercise routine. GL! Glad to hear all of the successes. I'm going in today to remove my stitches. ..can't wait. I've been semi back to full activity and the protein/vitamin intake has been really good. Down a total of 16 or 17 lbs depending which one I want to believe mine or the doc's lol. Down 3 diabetic and 1 hbp meds is the ultimate high! How's everyone doing? I've been getting all my Water and Protein in. I've got to learn to pace my walking but I've been hitting about a mile a day in my steps. My stitches has been my new nemesis especially the left one. I think gravity isn't helping. So to combat this I got a belly band like for pregnancy and it seems to give it enough support. Ok update. Surgery went very well and in the timeline they said. Gas not bad, but omg the pain on my left side was worse but pain meds did the trick. Home recouping. Hope everyone else is doing well also. yh As nk you supporters. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using the BariatricPal App
