So excited and a bit anxious for tomorrow. I've been on Optifast for 2 weeks and have lost 12 pounds. I sending out positive thoughts, healing light and love to all of you!

This is just the beginning of this crazy journey, and I can't wait for the ride.

Who can sleep? Lol I can't quite yet. Good luck to us all and we'll all come out and share more experiences. Didn't think I would make it thru 2 wks of liquid diet and 12lbs later here I am. Can't wait to start new after this!

Ok update. Surgery went very well and in the timeline they said. Gas not bad, but omg the pain on my left side was worse but pain meds did the trick. Home recouping. Hope everyone else is doing well also. yh As nk you supporters.
