  1. My surgery was march 28, 2016. Sleeve.
  2. It is very low. I just can't get enough in during the day.
  3. My surgeon just brought up the DS for me since I'm not losing. How do you like yours?
  4. Those who say this is the easy way out is clueless. I've struggled just as much losing weight after surgery as I did before surgery. I can't lose weight no matter what my medical team and I try. I follow the diets suggestions from the doctors and dietitians. I get my fluids and my vitamins. My husband and I got into a fight and he called me a failure yesterday. My doctor is suggesting a revision from my sleeve to the duodenal switch. That scares me and everyone around me says not to do it. I don't want to go through another surgery and fail again. I just want to cry but I am empty. I have no more to give right now. I am at a loss. I've tried it all.
  5. Why such a difference? What is your Protein target. Mine is 100 grams a day. That means at least 100 grams a day. 60 is very low, especially for a guy.It depends if I have a shake or try to do all solids.
  6. I eat about 900 calories a day.
  7. I get anywhere from 60-100g per day. Most days are at 100g. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. I can't even eat 5 wings. I had 4 and was full. Crazy. With as little as I eat, I thought I'd lose weight faster. My doctor says I'm losing at a good pace, so I'm going to trust him. I just wish it was faster. HW - 332.5 SW - 318.5 CW- 277.5 Sleeved 3/28/2016 Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  9. That seems pretty good. That's about what I get, and the doctors seem happy with it. HW - 332.5 SW - 318.5 CW - 285.7 Sleeved 3/28/2016 Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  13. I had a great recovery so far. Healing nicely. Getting my Vitamins and minerals in, fluids, and Protein in every day. Walking a few miles every day. No pain at all. Here comes the bad news. Two days after surgery, my mother passed away. So I have to travel now for the funeral and stay on top of everything while traveling. Wish me luck. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. Everything's going great. Just focusing on my fluids and getting rest. I came home yesterday. It was amazing to be home the day after a major surgery. Got out of the house and walked a bit today too. Pain isn't too bad. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
