This week I hardly exercised at ALL! Maybe an hour! I'm scheduled to go to yoga 4 hours next week and made time to go walk at the park and I'm down 1 lb (208.4) so let's hope next week is better!

I am 5 weeks post-op and would love to take part in this exercise challenge as well. Thanks so much for doing this!!!

Starting weight: 317.2

Goal Weight: 299.8

Exercise Goal: 2.5 hours per week

I am upping my exercise goal to 3.5 hours per week.

I'm upping my exercise goal for the 3rd time. It is now 5 hours per week.

With that said, I have a new time and distance exercise record of 13.86 Hours and 42.32 miles walked just last week!!!

Current Weight: 305.6 (11.6 lost since Exercise Challenge began)

Current Exercise Goal: 5 hours/week (upped from 2.5 to 3.5 to now 5.0/hours a week)

I got in almost 7 hours last week! Woo hoo! I blew my goal out of the water!! I hope I can do half that good this week!

Everyone is doing AMAZING!!!! Good job guys!!! Today I went to yoga for an hour and fifteen minutes then went to the gym and did the treadmill for 45 minutes. Hoping I can get in about 5 hours this week.

It does help push me, especially at 5 AM when I don't want to get up. I love having an exercise challenge. ????

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
