The "In case I get fat again" part of my closet...

Congratulations on making goal weight! For me, as soon as the item is too big it goes in a bin. When the bin is full, I give it away.

Purge purge purge! Also, while going through my closet..... A lot of my items I remembered buying at lane Bryant when I worked there. I haven't worked there since the year of September 11th. It feel so nice to be getting rid of these items, plus it'll be fun to refill when I reach goal.

I love how we have all found what pretty well works for us. I too weigh daily, and find it keeps me sane. I only consider what my average for a few days running is though, since a day fluctuation is common.

Donating those first couple of pairs of really big pants was wonderful! It was so good, that I kept doing it as I went. When I saw Eggface's website and her picture in her (half of the) largest size pants and sort of wished I'd kept a pair! Still, I'm okay now that I didn't, because knowing me - I think I'd just feel bad looking at them.

Thanks to you all for being on here, being so candid, and so generous in offering ideas and advice!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
