How calories a day?

Should we (gastric bypass) be consuming? I was never really told. Im averaging 500-700 calories a day, which includes 60 grams of protein and about 50 oz of water. It is the hardest to consume all 64 Oz of water, water actually hurts my stomach. Thank you ; )
