52.8 lbs lost /: 30.8 lbs left till my ultimate goal!

Started out at 215 lbs my goal weight is 132 lbs

I'm at the same exact weight as you and we both started at same weight ! Excellent! My surgery was August 14th. I've been stalling this month. Very frustrating now.

Please help- would like to know some people's daily menu.... I literally eat the same things everyday. But since hitting a month long plateau I need some new ideas. I'm afraid to change choices wo some guidance

I would love some advice also. I was sleeved on August 12,2015 and started at 260. I am currently sitting at 191.3. Have pretty much stalled the entire month of January. Kinda frustrating :/.

Proudmam1319 here's my sample menu:

Breakfast options: Premier Protein Shake/1 large egg white and 2 slices of turkey bacon or morningstar sausage pattie/nonfat greek yogurt/protein cheerios with fairlife skim milk

lunch options: Premier Protein/3 oz tuna or chicken salad with 4 whole wheat crackers/non fat greek yogurt/

dinner options: 3 oz mahi mahi, salmon or tilapia with 1/8 vegetables/1 veggie burger with 2 slices of canned fruit/3 turkey meatballs with 1/8 vegetables, 4 oz spilt pea and ham Soup

Snacks: 1/2 Quest protein bar/8 oz of Fiber tea/ 1/2 a cup of applesauce/ 1/2 chobani greek nonfat yogurt/ boomchickapop Popcorn 1/2 a bag

My meals usually average between 600-800 calories. I try to eat more on days that I work out, but I never over stuff myself. I always listen to my body and even throw away food Once I'm satisfied. You have to find out what works for you because everybody is different.

I started at 403 and today I clocked in at 277. With one week left to go to hit the six month mark, that's 126 pounds down. Looking at my chart, I really only had one plateau. Then I got pneumonia and the pounds dropped off. Not that I would recommend pneumonia to anyone...

I haven't had any cravings. I have had WANTS, but not a craving. I don't give in to them because for me, it's not only a slippery slope, it's a greased-lightning slope.

I eat a sugar-free popsicle after dinner most nights, tropical flavor.

I still can't eat more than about 1/3 cup at one meal.

Thanks for your replies. I appreciate your advice.... Sharon what does a daily menu look like to you?

Breakfast choices:

one scrambled egg with cheese, sometimes with bacon bits

one greek yogurt

one smoothie made with greek yogurt, torani syrup, handful of frozen berries, milk (haven't had one in a month or so)

Midmorning snack:

Only when I have yogurt for breakfast, I have a laughing cow cheese or a teaspoon of nut butter (I currently have sunflower seed butter), otherwise no Snacks

Lunch:

4 small meatballs (from Costco)

sautéed kielbasa

leftovers from dinner (pot roast, chicken, fish, etc.)

tuna with mayo, on celery or cucumber slices

chili

(all servings 1/3 cup)

midafternoon snack:

sometimes I'll have a sugar-free chocolate pudding, particularly if I what I had at lunch was heavy on celery and light on Protein, or I'll have one of those protein packs with cheese, nuts, and dried cranberries

Dinner choices:

steak

puffy chicken (chicken baked with a mixture of mayo and parmesan on top)

pork chops

fish (swai fillets)

pot roast

barbecued ribs

chicken wings

(all servings 1/3 cup)

plus a few bites of a vegetable like broccoli or cauliflower or avocado

after dinner:

sugar-free popsicle

I drink about 90 ounces a day of crystal light and/or Water

I had fast food for the first time today. I had a wake up wrap from dunkin donuts. It's small so it's the perfect portion size. It consist of turkey sausage, cheese. And a veggie egg. It was so delicious and most importantly it went down easy. The nutritional breakdown is about 260 calories, 12g protein, 14 carbs, and 17g of fat. This is something not to be eaten everyday but I had one at 7am and didn't eat again til 1pm! Then at 1 all I had was a protein shake. Any sleevers had fast food yet? If so please share.

I had my surgery 08/26/15. I am at the stall. I started at 270. I was at 250 something at surgery, and am now down to 190. 80 pounds and 39 inches on 4 measured body parts. I can not seem to get beyond that 190 mark I have been there for 3 weeks.

@@kalira I hate stall as of this morning I am 80 pounds down but have been stuck for a while but pushing hard still have a long way to go!! :) 190 pounds thats amazing ☺☺Good luck in your weightloss.

I have been losing/gaining the same 2-3lbs for the last month. It's discouraging, but I think I'm finally through with this cycle. My body hasn't been under 200lbs since I was a teenager and I think it is revolting. My brain certainly was. I was eating too many carbs. It was easy enough to do.

Once I kicked the extra carb habit I've dropped to my lowest weight so far. As of today I have lost exactly 100lbs.

I hope everyone is doing well :D
