I know that everyone stalls at some point... I have been stuck at 205/206 for almost 3 weeks now...

I eat the allotted calories/carbs/etc that was set by my nut..

I recently started going back to crossfit... 2-3 times a week... It is a very strenuous exercise program...

The scale won't move. I am so frustrated! I don't want to stop here!

I am able to wear a pant size down from where I was a month ago.. But I'm worried that my body is just being stupid due to working out again...

I will be talking to my nut in about 3 weeks at my next appointment...

Ideas?

It is probably because you are building muscle by working out. If you are losing the inches from your body, that is still a good sign, though I understand when you are close to onederland I'm sure its frustrating. Stick to it and focus on your body feeling better!

Have you been taking your measurements? I dropped about 10 inches, but didn't lose any weight at one point in my first year. I found it was better for me to make a photo journal and keep my measurements rather than continue to weigh myself - there are so many things that can make your weight fluctuate daily. From what you write, you're doing lots of things right!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
