Ladies for you who had your procedure done at University of Chicago how long before you received the email with preoperative requirements

a few days after you complete your final requirement. 8/18 was my final requirement, emailed Angela on the 21st, chose a surgery date on the 26th, and received confirmation email with preop appointments on 9/1.

I am waiting for the initial letter after first visit with surgeon, nurse, nut, and psych. Had first appt on August 26th

I am on my 2 week preop diet..3rd day I am very irritable, hungry, and have a headache. I thought I would do better but this is hell for me. Surgery is September 16th.

Hang in there hubby I can only imagine how hard it is. Just look for the light at the end of the tunnel. It will all be worth it in the end!

I am very nervous but trying not to be. I can't believe I made it to day 14 of this preop diet but I did! Ty for thinking about me. You are almost there too!

Good luck! I was sleeved 2/10/16 and am thrilled with results already!!!!
