PLEASE Dont yell at me! Ive been on Clear Liquids 2 weeks tomorrow. I havent cheated except on day 1 I ate some cheese. I really would like a glass of wine tonight or tomorrow. I know it will be a long time before I can have one again and I was just looking for some advice. I just want options from other sleevers. Ive lost 15 lbs pre op! Im sure the feeling will pass I would rather just have it now then trying to worry about a craving later. Thanks in advance

I can't imagine 2 weeks clear liquids. I have it for only 2 days and that was really hard. Don't know what to say. Can't advise going against doctor's orders but I am sympathetic.

Im sure the feeling will pass, The first few days was hard, now its a breeze. I shocked myself working my parttime job last weekend as a waitress being around all the food and I wasnt tempted to graze. I guess if I can make it through that the wine feelign will pass, I just wanted some advise from others who might be in my situation. Thanks

I had a glass of wine 2 1/2 weeks out, it went fine. Yes I know it is empty calories...... They say be Very very careful because it will hit you like a ton of bricks.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
