Frozen Chocolate Power Pudding Pops

Frozen chocolate Power pudding Pops

You can make these with any flavor of Jello pudding. Just adjust the flavor of Protein Powder and Torani Syrup accordingly.

Blend all ingredients together in a small bowl or large cup. I use a stick/immersion blender so that the cottage cheese blends well. Blend for about two minutes until stiff.

Spoon into silicone candy molds. Freeze for about 3 hours minimum.

They are a bit messy and melt on your fingers, but very yummy!

Hijack alert!

Is that plate Gibson Everday China? I have had the entire set for about 20 years! I love my white dinnerware, and have never wanted anything new or different. I have a service for 18 of everything: dinner plates, salad, bowls, mugs, and all the platters and serving pieces. Last time I had to replace some coffee mugs they cost $20 each :o I had no idea, they have just always been our everday dishes.

On topic: I have everything in my pantry to make those pudding pops this weekend. I cant wait to try them.

Oh, yummy! Hey! They have frozen pop molds on Amazon.com, very inexpensive! Might help keep those fingers clean! And I think I will add my powdered calcium citrate to the mix.....oh, you are really giving me ideas! Thanks.....off to the kitchen....

It might be Gibson. I bought it a set on FirstAuction *years* ago because all the dinnerware was "irregular" (aka) warped. :) I actually donated all the dinnerware, except a few plates to Goodwill after surgery. I only eat out of appetizer plates/bowls now. I'll check when I get home!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
