I know this is posted on here a million times.

I am 17 weeks out tomorrow and starting to stress. I have lost 1kg in 5 weeks.

I have lost 44 lbs and have about 44lbs to go.

Is this normal ? 5 weeks is so long

I've gone that long without any weight loss too. You might look at the types of carbs you're eating and how many. I've found that even eating too much fruit can put me into a stall.

Salt is another big one I have to watch out for. Over Thanksgiving and Xmas I was eating a lot of spiral ham. The extra salt kept a lot of Water weight on me.

I'm 15 weeks out and the loss has been very slow the past few weeks. My carbs are under control and I don't eat much salt. It's very frustrating.

So today I reached 18 weeks and finally a loss after nearly 6 weeks of floating around the same weight. I lost 500grams.. Fist punching!!!

Was starting to let it really get to me. No weight loss for sooo long

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
