I cant believe it that today was my final weigh in and insurance has been submitted. I can't believe it is so close! It is a little overwhelming ! Hopefully I find out soon

I hope you find out soon. My patient care coordinator told me on Monday that she was hoping to submit my paperwork by thursday, so I hope to hear something by next week! I have Anthem BC and one of the reps told me they have to respond within 5 business days.

i've been waiting over a week. i called the insurance company to follow up and they told me they requested additional information from the doctor. i called the doctor and they said they were on it... i'm going to call the insurance company again today. patience is not one of my strongest virtues.

I have Anthem as well. My advocate told me when she was filing that they have 30 days legally. But she called me 2 days later with the approval! Yay! Surgery date of 11/4. Good luck! I hope you hear back just as quickly.

Oh no! I hope you hear soon that would be very frustrating. I have Federal BCBS and I have heard that they are fast with reviews and approvals.

Hi I have BCBS Fed Basic and I was approved on Wen after 5 days. I called everyday and stressed Until they finally called me back with the good news( which they normally won't do ,they said I would have to wait for the letter or my Dr to call but they Called me) . My surgery is scheduled for 11/3 a little over two weeks! I hope you Hear something soon!
