How many calories a day?
I eat between 700-900 calories a day, and drink 64-70 ounces of Water.

Taking the fizz out
For me personally, sugar LOVES me and loves to attach itself to me when I consume too much of it. Sure, the carbonation may not upset your pouch, but the sugar/sugar alcohols in the "diet" soda will slow down your progress.

This is hard....
I thought I'd NEVER be able to get in more than 24 ounces of water a day, but I'm 4 months out and I am finally getting in 60 per day, along with 2-3 protein shakes.

October 2014 sleevers check in please!
Hi all, I'm 13 weeks post op and I've lost a little over 50 lbs!
-
ALL IN ONE DAY!
Amazing, congratulations!!

Hmmmmmm...
I'm cheap when it comes to jeans. I refuse to spend more than $10 on a pair of jeans right now. With tops, I am a little less careful of the price, because once they become too big, I can just give them to my mom.

Constipation
My go-to are prunes. I usually will eat about 5. Several people here also like Smooth Move Tea. I haven't tried it yet, but I've seen it on ebay for less than $7
-
Chia Seeds
I would try some since it's almost been a month. When I went for my week 3 post-op check up, I was telling the Nurse Practitioner that I had been constipated for about 4 days and she told me to add chia seeds to Greek yogurt.

Aspirational shopping
Phew, thanks ladies!! There are people who give me a hard time because I'm still a fan, but I let it roll down my back at this point. I can't wait until I can fit into that tracksuit!!

Aspirational shopping
OKAY....please don't laugh or roll your eyes at me, BUT... I am a big big Britney Spears fan. I'm 26 and have been a fan since I was about 11. So, in 2009 when she was on tour, they had tracksuits for sale at her shows, and my brother (who is my concert partner) bought me one. It was 200 freakin dollars, and i have NEVER worn it because the biggest size they had was X-Large so obviously it wasn't going to fit a 300+ person. I STILL have that tracksuit and I cannot wait until the day I will be able to wear it. The great thing is that we're only 4 days into the new year, so i KNOW that the day that tracksuit will fit me, is going to be THIS year!

October 2014 sleevers check in please!
10/31 Sleeve patient here.. I am down 41 pounds since my surgery, and 72 pounds overall. I lost 60 pounds between March and September of 2013, totally unrelated to my surgery, but because I found the motivation to do it. Then of course I regained nearly half of it, so my surgery has helped me to RE-LOSE it, plus more!
-
Hey October sleevers, what are you eating?!
I don't eat a big variety of things but when i do it is tuna or chicken or avocado.
-
Bread
I am 9 weeks post op and have NOT had bread and although I have a desire for it (like a tuna sandwich or BLT), I am being good about staying away from it.
