I don't know when you can introduce chia seeds. I don't think I started eating them until I was about 2-3 months out.

I would try some since it's almost been a month. When I went for my week 3 post-op check up, I was telling the Nurse Practitioner that I had been constipated for about 4 days and she told me to add chia seeds to Greek yogurt.
