Do you notice how much others eat?
Yes, and I also notice other things like how much they drink and what poor choices they make. I do not say anything but now that I not busy eating the whole time I have time to really see others.

Clear fluid ideas?
chicken broth, homemade or from unjury, Isopure zero carb I just liked the grape flavor, the raspberry from Unjury is also a clear drink because you mix it with Water. Crystal Lite. Vegetable broth.

Possible eating disorder
Overall sounds a lot like what I eat daily in quantity. That you are afraid to eat may be the problem, the emotional reasons behind your eating but I would not see this as uncommon, I am terrified of regaining and I am sure it keeps me on track with the food choices I make. I would like know what the psych. says I am seriously considering starting therapy myself.

amaranth grain for protein
Don't you need to eat like a truck load to get some significant Protein numbers? how much as you eating and with what? I have some at home just not very creative with it.

Caffeine withdrawal headaches. Shoot me now
How about half a cup morning, half a cup mid day and 1/2 cup afternoon for a few days and see how that goes? My dr said to gradually come off it, but better now than after surgery.

73 lbs less in 4 months! Half way to goal!
It is the most incredible feeling, to be back in control of my life and where it is going. Twice I have woken up and am so sleepy I do not actually remember I have lost all this weight and am surprised when I see myself in my bathroom mirror! it takes me a split second to remember how it happened! It just makes me laugh! I am enjoying the process very much I have to say. The few obstacles I have encountered are nothing , nothing compared to the new lease on life I now have! This is great time to express my gratitude to all the community here who has helped me without realizing it. Thanks guys!

Truly don't know what to do
Are you taking anything for the acid? I was told by my dr that the excess acid changes your taste buds so even if you do not feel reflux excess acid might the the problem. I did not read through all the responses sorry if this is a repeat. Good luck!

2 Months Post-Op & told I've lost more than normal.....
I did lose more than 15 lbs in a month, I would not change a thing if you are feeling good and losing weight. Just make sure are hitting your Protein goals, Water goal and have a reasonable number of calories a day. Congratulations on your awesome progress.

2 months post op/ feeling malnutrition
With the small amounts of food we are having right now I also think that just one Multivitamin is not enough. It is normal not to feel hungry but eat anyway. If your doctor asked you to do 3 meals a day make sure you have all 3 even if you are not hungry. Are you having enough Protein everyday?
