It is the most incredible feeling, to be back in control of my life and where it is going.

Twice I have woken up and am so sleepy I do not actually remember I have lost all this weight and am surprised when I see myself in my bathroom mirror! it takes me a split second to remember how it happened! It just makes me laugh! I am enjoying the process very much I have to say.

The few obstacles I have encountered are nothing , nothing compared to the new lease on life I now have! This is great time to express my gratitude to all the community here who has helped me without realizing it.
