Good luck to all the November sleevers! Many of you have started the Pre-op diet or will be starting soon. I wish all of us the very best and the ultimate success with quick, painless recoveries!!!

My surgery is scheduled for November 17Th! whohoo!

November 4th in Nebraska. Nervous (and excited) as can be.

My surgery is schedule for November 3rd. I'm nervous...

I'm scheduled for November 13th. I should have insurance approval within the next couple of days. I have my pre-op appts on 10/27 and will likely start my pre-op diet on 10/31.

I'm approved and scheduled for November 3rd! I don't think reality of it has set in yet , I planned soooo much and worried so much about getting approval now that I am I feel like I haven't learned enough and a whole new fear/excitement has sets in. I'm ready for the surgery to be over and the weight to come off!

November 11th here! I am scheduled to do my pre-op H&P (including EKG, chest x-ray, lab work, etc ) on 10/22. My pre-op diet is scheduled to start 10/28, but I am really thinking about starting it 10/21 to make sure my liver shrinks enough to reduce the risk of surgery being cancelled. My liver labs were a bit elevated a few months ago and I don't even want to chance having my surgery cancelled once they cut me open. If I lose a few extra pounds before surgery that is a little bit more that I am ahead of the game on!
