Just my edges in front. It's frustrating because I have rally long dreadlocks and I'd like to not have to cut them. So far pin up styles & headbands have helped. Biotin and hair Vitamins haven't really made a difference.

This honestly is the most embarrassing thing ever to me I cannot get my hair back almost seems as if I'm bald on top so I'm thinking of maybe getting extensions but I don't know how they would look

I take Iron folic acid and Biotin nothing is different

This is what I do and it doesn't come out as much. My daughter is a hairdresser and she always tells me to stop washing my hair every day. I now wash my med. shower length hair every 3 days. I will wash on the 1st day dry it spray each strand before I curl it with hairspray and then throw my head over and blow dry some of the curl out. I then add hair volumizer ( can purchase some from walmart) and shake it all over my head. Do not try and curl or brush your hair after adding the volumizer. I then pick it where needed and for the next 2 days I don't even touch it with a brush or comb I just throw my head over and blow dry again. use a pick where needed and add a little hairspray and do this again on day 3. I do not have near the amount of hair coming out like I would if I washed my hair more often. I get so many complements on my hair now and I am not freaking out about Hair loss. By the way my hair is very thin and by doing these steps my dr. made the comment he was not concerned about my hair loss because I had a lot of hair! lol Little does he know. hahaha I am only brushing it 1 out of 3 days so that is what is helping. Good luck.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
