I've gotten my psych clearance, scheduled my sleep study, nutrition classes and upper endoscopy. My date is October 14th. Btw, anyone here from Jersey? Look forward to making friends w everyone!

Having a bit of a food funeral tonight, salad and slice of pizza, start my pre-op diet tomorrow. Pre-op diet is 3 meals and a snack, and can be either food or a shake. No bread, pasta, starch, pastries, chips etc. 1200 calories. Best wishes to all us Outstanding Octobers.
