@@peekaboo I'm not measuring like u should be lol but I'm supposed to be doing 1oz of sipping over 20 min. Since I came out of surgery I was able to sip an oz in about 5 min if I paced myself .. Now I'll sip every minuet or so ... Small frequent sips.... I am getting really tired of water though

Are you able to have protein drinks?

@@peekaboo starting tomorrow I can have my protein!!!!! I cannot tell you how excited I am lol ... For now since surgery I've only been allowed, clear liquids, water, diet snapple, hot or cold tea without sweetener and crystal light .... And on that list all I like is water so needless to say I am BORED! Lol

had surg oct 1. today i walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed the foliage. my protein shakes taste awful wheni mix the meds i got prescribed but oh well. about to try some chicken broth. had a lot of energy since surgery, today i also went and helped my nephew shoot pucks at the garage. i really dont feel much pain at all except for the feeling in my belly like i just did 2000 situps. i think thats due to a hernia repair more than the sleeve. still havent touched the oxy i got prescribed, prolly just throw it into the trash tomorrow. one thing i must admit that is weird is watching football and seeing all these commercials for pizza and kfc and stuff and being like "damn, i cant touch any of that" haha

@@tardis76 haha! I feel your pain... My family went to Olive Garden while I stayed home last night and the night before they had pizza and wings ???????????????????????????????? ahhhhhh!

Vetteck

I'll be thinking about u on Tuesday. Well wishes.

I'm glad it went so well for you. I hope it goes so well for me. Ready to start this journey.

Hi,my date is 10/28. Banner Estrella hospital in Phoenix,Az. DR David Podkhemini. Start 2 week liquid pre-Op on the 13th. Right now that has me more worried than surgery, but it has to be done!

Glad you are doing so well!

Good luck tomorrow. Are you nervous? Mine is Oct 14th. I noticed you are the same height as me and have the same goal weight. How did you choose it? I checked a bmi chart and figured what I needed to weigh to be in the normal category
