I had read several times in the forums here in last few months about PB2. Well, today I finally got a chance to try the stuff out.

For those who don't know, it's basically powdered Peanut Butter made from peanuts. You can add Water to it to make it like real peanut butter or add it to protien shakes, etc... 45 calories and 5g of protien per serving. Good stats right there!

Well let me tell ya, I added 2 tablespoons of it (1 serving) to my chocolate protien shake this morning... whoa nelly! It was like drinking a Reese's peanut butter cup (or something close to it)!

The Verdict: Awesome. Highly recommended by this big fella!! B)

Yeah, I've heard it was pretty good; I'm going to go have to find me some for when I'm allowed that kind of stuff.

I saw this at Target the other day! They had both the plain and chocolate kind. I think I'll pick some up the next time I go.

I enjoyed it very much in my chocolate shakes but not so much in vanilla or with coffee. I suppose that makes sense though.

I am almost through my banana shake today. Maybe I will add some and see how it mixes.

Not bad with banana. Nor as good as with chocolate though.

PB2 was a staple in my pre-surgery shakes. Absolutely love it (in either the chocolate or the vanilla, although definitely better in chocolate). I should have popped a bit into my banana shake this morning.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
