OMG I felt the same way! It's going to seem to take forever, then one day you'll step on the scale and it'll read 199/198 and it's going to feel amazing. You'll want to take a picture of the scale complete with your toesies. One of my biggest regrets is I lost my cell phone which had all my scale pictures including the day I entered ONEderland. Please print a hard copy so u don't end up like me!

You got this chica!

I've been knocking on that door for so long, my knuckles are bloody and Alice won't let me in!!!

So I'm going back to the White Rabbit (the beginning) and be a bit more FIERCE like the Jabawocky to get over this stall!

WORK IT BGP! Even though you're technically not in ONEderland yet, I think the Century Club (plus 20. WHOOOO!) is even more exclusive and an accomplishment. I can hardly imagine myself a member even though to get to my goal weight I need to fill out my membership card like yesterday. Like Waterboy, WE CAN DO IT!

I feel the same way. Started at 314 five months ago and now 210. I will be shocked when under 200.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
