Holy!. I thought I was doing really good but you eclipsed my progress. Good job.

My three month follow up was this past Tuesday! I started at 332 and I am down to 275! I have lost 57 in the past three months. I am now going to the gym every other day and I can now run for three minutes on the treadmill! I traveled to Vegas the other day and I didn't need a seatbelt extender and that was nice! I feel like this was the best decision I ever made! Keep up the great work team!

I started at 332 as well! I had my first visit with the surgeon on March 27th, I lost 48 pounds between then and sleeve surgery on June 9th, and I have lost 73 more, making my total 121 down! Hope you're still doing great!

Surgery June 2nd

My BMI now is at a healthy weight. Down 88 from surgery and 104 from my high weight. 10 pounds to my surgery goal. I plan on loosing more for my personal goal.

My health is amazing. I now love physical activity's. I jogged a 5K. It was strange to pass people that I see as very athletic. I'm still trying to see myself as a thinner person.

New years is almost here. So much to Celebrate.

June 11th Down 85 lbs from highest weight - doing great, my only issue is heart burn, but is had gone from daily to occasional...

I am doing well with my weight loss. Down 65 #s and coming in at 161 at today's weight. I have been a slow loser but really never been disappointed with that. Slow and steady it is! Went from 2X tops to size Large. Jeans are now side 10! I will never complain about those stats! My goal is 140-150. I will get there eventually. Here's to 2015 and a continued journey of my new lifestyle! Good luck to all of you!

Had my sleeve done June 2, 2014. I have lost 59 pounds so far!!! Finally in a size 10. I tried on a size 8 the other day, and they almost fit. The only thing I can't do yet is zip them up. Anyobne have any suggestions for getting rid of the excess flad under my arms and on my abdomen? I do zumba every week and I have a workout routine I do but just can't seem to lose the flab.

Also, congrats to everyone on their continued success!!!!WTG!!!!!

June 24th here. Lost 100 pounds by December 24th (exactly 6 months). Love my sleeve!!!

For my fellow June Sleevers, were 6 month post....... What are you guys eating? Do your stomach rumbles?

No rumbles. I can eat most anything, but stick mostly to Protein (meats and some beans) and a few veggies if there's room. I'm still getting "stuck" fairly regularly and have to excuse myself to get rid of a piece of chicken or pork that didn't make it all the way down. But I consider that a small price to pay for being able to lose 100 pounds in six months! I'm pretty close to goal, and have my 6-month appointment with my surgeon next week. I'm going to ask him how to expand my diet for maintenance without sliding down any slippery slopes. (In my mind, that means starch and sugar.) Or will my body adjust and find its ideal weight even if I keep eating the way I am now? Don't want to get too thin, but don't want to start gaining either!
