  1. Down 55 pounds in 6 months! This is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I wish I had done it years ago. I am 20 pounds from my goal????

  3. 194.6- up .6 lbs from last week. Did not make goal of 189. time to refocus for Halloween:)
  4. 194.8- down 1.8 lbs- slow and steady
  5. I am at my lowest weight in last 15 years. The weight loss is slow but steady, which is fine with me. My husband was sleeved 2 days ago. So far his recovery is uneventful, trying to get liquids in. I remember those days! Glad ya'll are doing well

  10. I've been on vacation for the last week. I haven't weighed myself. I've been tracking my foods but I haven't exercised this week. I feel great, energy is increasing. No problems with eating and drinking:) I go back to work on Thursday!

  12. I took 5 wks because of lifting restrictions. The first two weeks, I took daily naps. My energy was not there. Much better now. Be careful with juicing due to the sugar in the fruits. I love juicing, but haven't done it since surgery. I use juice recipes . com . Lots of great recipes there. Good luck to you

  14. Great job Sarah!!! unbelievable isn't it? I'm down 17lbs in 3 weeks, never lost weight like this. Hope it will continue for a while:)
  15. Yep, still have some pain on left side, just below largest incision( my doctor takes stomach out through this side) it's not constant, not nauseous and no temp. Area is tender at times. I notice it mostly when I'm sitting. I'm keeping a close tab on it, one of my incisions is still open. It doesn't look infected
  16. I'm out for 4-5weeks due to lifting restrictions
  17. Happy Monday! I can say that because I haven't returned to work yet, lol. I'm off till the 17th of July. I weigh daily, it keeps me motivated. So today I am 207.4!
  18. Kammylee- congrats on your decision! I had my surgery June 9th. I agree with the other posters- walk ,walk, walk. When u can sip , sip, sip. The first. 4-5 days will be the worst. It will be hard to get liquids in, just keep working at it. I slept in a recliner for the first few nights. When you get up, hold a small pillow against your belly, it will help with the pain. I worry about hair loss too, follow your doctors plan. Take some lip balm with you. Good luck!
  19. Stall over ( for now) down 1.5 lbs. yeah!!! I am 8 lbs from my first goal- onederland here I come
  20. I usually get 600-700 calories in daily
  21. I lost 8 pounds pre op and 12 post op, so far
