I was on a 2week preop diet. I started a week or so earlier with replacing a meal with a shake. I enjoyed some of my favorite foods the last week as well. I knew it would be a while before I could have them again. get in the habit if tracking. try different protein powders, but don't buy in bulk as your taste may change after surgery . The liquid diet can be challenging - just hang in there! If you are a coffee person start decreasing it now, you don't want caffeine withdrawal in the postop stage. congrats on your decision for surgery! I had my sleeve on June 9th, good luck!

Thanks for the encouraging words... if I may say... How much weight did you lose on the liquid diet?
