  5. My three month follow up was this past Tuesday! I started at 332 and I am down to 275! I have lost 57 in the past three months. I am now going to the gym every other day and I can now run for three minutes on the treadmill! I traveled to Vegas the other day and I didn't need a seatbelt extender and that was nice! I feel like this was the best decision I ever made! Keep up the great work team!
  6. I was sleeved on 6/24 and I have lost 37 lbs since surgery. Although 12 pounds were lost pre-pounds on the liquid diet. My incisions healed well and I have not been sick since I came home from the hospital. I am now able to eat solid foods like chicken and fish. I also got cleared to return to the gym recently. My blood pressure is lower and I am no longer snoring. So that is definitely a plus. I am so sorry to hear the trouble everybody has been having. However, those who have stalled have you seen a difference in your clothes? I was able to get an XL on the other day whwn I used to have a hard time wearing a 3XL. Be encouraged it will get better.

  13. My surgery date was June 24th and I just had my first post-op doctor's visit. I am officially down 23.8 lbs since June 10th (pre-op liquid diet start date). My blood pressure was under 120/80! Feeling great!
  14. Well, I am two days post op. I have no pain in my incision but I have never been so nauseous. I am able to walk and get fluids down. I should be going home today. I am a little afraid because I have so many stairs at home just to go to the bathroom. How are my other June 24th s leevers doing?

  19. Here we go Nina51! Tomorrow is our day! I found designer whey with stevia, it is only 100 calories and it comes in chocolate , vanilla, vanilla almond, and strawberry. I also LOVE core power light which is only 150 calories and has stevia. It comes in strawberry-banana and chocolate. I am excited and nervous about tomorrow. I go in tomorrow at 6am! I will be praying for you !
  20. Good luck cortonball! I will be praying for you!
  21. Good luck Patricia and Stacy!
  22. Isopure from GNC is what my NUT suggested. It's a protein drink that resembles Gatorade in colors. Everyone at my local support group loves it but my hubby and I both thought it was gross but I still was able to get down a few ounces each day for the first week. The protein shake they served me in the hospital hours after surgery was Optisource. It is not "clear" but it is non-dairy and can be found at Walgreens online accordion to my NUT Thanks RKPG2angels I looked at the isopure drink and it had sucralose. I am allergic to artificial sweetners. The only thing I have been able to handle is stevia and things like truvia. Any suggestions without the sweetners?
  23. Momma I too am sorry to hear that you can't use stevia because it has been my lifesaver. I however can barely stomach the unflavored protein powder. It is terrible. It turned my stomach and I am still pre op. I am looking for any and all suggestions.
  24. Help! I just tired the unflavored in my broth and the. In my crystal light and it was disgusting! I got the designer whey! I cannot drink this!!! What are other people using during the clear two weeks post op protein!
  25. Correct me if wrong but doesn't crystal light have artificial sweeteners. I stopped using AS for 8 years but with the Bariatric requirements it's hard to avoid. The regular proteins, like designer whey don't have the vitamins that the baratric proteins do. I figure I will get off AS when I can eat mushiies There is a pure fitness crystal light that uses stevia instead of artificial sweeteners! It is great! It comes in lemonade, grape, and mixed fruit. I loved them before this surgery!
