This is normal, don't freak out. Your body has been through a lot and I hate to break it to you but this will be one of many stalls you face in this journey. What does your exercise regiment look like? It's still early, but I would start as soon as you can with beginning an exercise program. Be sure to change things up. Walk, run, bike, treadmill, elliptical, Yoga, etc. Steadily increase your calorie burn rate. Again, its early but as you incorporate food make sure you increase your Protein and change up on your Protein rich foods. What I have found is that you have to change up the routine, both food and exercise to get things moving again.

Agree, diss the scale, keep moving, and follow your food plan rather then focusing on "stalls". When you start focusing on exercising, following your meal plans, and stop looking for 10 lbs. a day to magically fall off, you will progressively see weight loss. This surgery works, just relax and keep living! Happiness ahead, but start living it today!!!!

That was about the same for me. one day I just up and lost 10 pounds. Another week of nothing, then lost another 7 pounds in a day. I have no idea what's up with y body, but just stick in there, your patience will be rewarded :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
