This is normal, don't freak out. Your body has been through a lot and I hate to break it to you but this will be one of many stalls you face in this journey. What does your exercise regiment look like? It's still early, but I would start as soon as you can with beginning an exercise program. Be sure to change things up. Walk, run, bike, treadmill, elliptical, Yoga, etc. Steadily increase your calorie burn rate. Again, its early but as you incorporate food make sure you increase your Protein and change up on your protein rich foods. What I have found is that you have to change up the routine, both food and exercise to get things moving again.

Agree, diss the scale, keep moving, and follow your food plan rather then focusing on "stalls". When you start focusing on exercising, following your meal plans, and stop looking for 10 lbs. a day to magically fall off, you will progressively see weight loss. This surgery works, just relax and keep living! Happiness ahead, but start living it today!!!!

Thank you for the encouragement...... Treadmill here I come

That was about the same for me. one day I just up and lost 10 pounds. Another week of nothing, then lost another 7 pounds in a day. I have no idea what's up with y body, but just stick in there, your patience will be rewarded :)
