So I am 5 months post op; have lost 75 pounds and for the past month or so I am losing a lot of hair! I know it's normal to lose hair and I am eating plenty of Protein and taking Vitamins. My question is has anyone tried the It Works hair, skin and nail vitamins and what were your results? I think I am going to try them and pray they help!

5 months. 265 Lost 90 Currently weigh 175 lbs.

I had my VSG on 3/5/2015 still got a ways to go.
