1 year anniversary gift?

For my one year my friend got me a great necklace that was symbolic of my surgery. It is now her one year anniversary and I am clueless as what to do for her. Any suggestions?? Budget is no more than say $75.

Maybe a nice Bracelet? I asked for one when I was at normal BMI. So nice to fit in a smaller bracelet!

Yes I agree with all the above ^ a hard Bracelet (not stretchy) or maybe a leather belt, something that was sifficult to size before and highlights her successes.
