1 year anniversary gift?

For my one year my friend got me a great necklace that was symbolic of my surgery. It is now her one year anniversary and I am clueless as what to do for her. Any suggestions?? Budget is no more than say $75.

I might consider getting her a similar necklace to the one she gave you. Otherwise I like the idea of a bracelet, maybe with a charm?

Yes I agree with all the above ^ a hard bracelet (not stretchy) or maybe a leather belt, something that was sifficult to size before and highlights her successes. :)
