    Okay what is a stone? I'm so confused, this is the second post I have seen stating about stones!

    :) in the uk we count in stones & lbs. There's 14 lbs per stone. So I've lost 92 lbs in total at my last weigh in, looking forward to getting to 100. But equally chasing 7 stone (98lbs). Hope that helps
