  19. I prefer New Balance, they are very comfy and I they come in wide widths for my chubby feet, lol. They last forever too !
  20. I quit smoking prior to my surgery, ( doctor mandated) I used the patch so I could ween myself off the nicotine and used the EZ Blow, vaporizer pen for the hand to mouth habit which actually I found was the worst part of the cigarette addiction for me! You can get the liquid for it in hundreds of flavors with or without nicotene. My husband also quit with me and did the same , we both had smoked for about 45 years, and now have no desire of going back! Good Luck to you!

  25. I found a fantastic hair mask recipe on Pinterest if anyone is interested, really improving my hair and have noticed all kinds of baby hairs growing in. 2 TBSP olive oil 2 TBSP coconut oil or honey ( I use both) 2 TSSP Jamaican black or reg castor oil 1 egg Mix all up, massage into your scalp and then the rest of your hair, cover with plastic cap for 30-60 minutes, rinse shampoo and condition as normal. Repeat once a week Then I also have been using shampoo and conditioner with Tea Tree oil in it, per my stylists suggestion suppose to stimulate the hair follicles. All,I know is my hair is really feeling awesome!

  29. ???? Thank you for that! Now I don't feel so guilty about eating that yummy garlic cheese biscuit at Red Lobster last night, lol. First piece of bread I have had in 2 1/2 months! That is the key to our success though I do believe , yes we can have that occasional splurge as long as we go back to our designated way of eating ! Yes, It Is What It Is! Thanks again for the reassurance !
  30. You look wonderful! Good job! And you are so right , it is all about getting healthy!
  31. I take 250 mg a day have for years as suggested by my PCP when I was diagnosed with IBS, which resolved that problem with prescription meds. I also have High blood pressure and it has never affected it . I put my husband on 500 mg a day only because he was only going once pooh once a week and that was about to drive me crazy! It does work though and I Never had any issues of diarrhea or any other problems
  32. I heard something about the Shakeolgy products the other day, you might want to research them , something about they don't stand up to their claims on the nutritional content. Not as much protein as they claim and way more sugar, I think. Just sayin. . . You might want to check first
  33. So very sorry for all you are going through! How devestating, financially and emotionally this is for you!
  34. Take you a magnesium pill everyday, you will go like clockwork!
  35. Awesome job, looking good too ! Keep up the good work!
