shakeology? Anyone tried it?

I was given a sample today. I am going to try it for breakfast tomorrow. I have slowed down with my weight loss and was wondering if Shakeology would help? Thoughts??

I heard something about the Shakeolgy products the other day, you might want to research them , something about they don't stand up to their claims on the nutritional content. Not as much protein as they claim and way more sugar, I think. Just sayin. . . You might want to check first

Lol there is no sugar in shakeology. Just stevia.

And if you are talking dr oz??? I laugh because there is that much lead in a ton of things people eat. I personally think he is just miffed he can't get a piece of the profits of shakeology.

It was the worst tasting thing I have ever put in my mouth. I couldn't even swallow the second sip. I'll be curious to see what you think. It tasted like liquid metal to me

What did you think?!

Didnt love it. The flavor was not the best. Someone said the chocolate is better. Not sure if its that good for $130 a month...

The chocolate was the one I tried. I'm not convinced it's worth the money either.
