I personally don't know exactly what mangina is, but the term totally freaks me out.

I know it's used on gossip Websites. One example is on perezhilton.com they wrote "mangina" across Sanjaya's pants. I guess meaning he's effeminate.

I think it is mostly applied to men.

Mangina, on the other hand, while a thoroughly disgusting word IMO (sounds too much like va-gina, eww), is a man's (typically Gay man's) rear orifice.
