December 2013 Sleever Pounds Lost Log

At the suggestion of a fellow sleever (thanks DeezJeans) I'm starting a post-op success story thread. This can be a 'numbers' thread...when you do your weigh in's, you can post your pounds lost here, and we can keep a running total. We can use this thread JUST for pounds lost!

Looking forward to the thousands of pounds we WILL be losing!

Here's what we would like to do. Please send me a private message with your goal pounds lost. (Meaning, if your goal is to lose 150 pounds, just jot that down in a quick private message and send that to me.)

Then we will compile all the pounds from everyone who wants to participate, and post the full amount, and then work towards those goals with weekly updates. We will be recording those pounds lost AFTER surgery!

You will still post your pounds lost on this forum here so we can Celebrate all of your victories (and I will keep track of them on my trusty spreadsheet, and then report the weekly pounds lost)

If you have any questions, please let me know!

No loss this week unless u count hair :(

Hang in there I'm losing a ton of hair too even after cutting off over 80% of what I have left ugh I get all my protein in water, vitamins and workout 2-3x a week so it's frustrating

Weight loss from highest weight: 78.6

<<sigh>> down only .6. Suppose it's better than up .6. It was a stressful week and certainly not the best I've done eating since the surgery. Here's to better days ahead!!!

Again, u look beautiful! Ty 4 asking, as for me, still challenging w the swallowing of everything, new meds, makes me more ill, but they promised out will go away w time, hopefully around 6 months which is next month for me and I just got choked our food stuck today, I just think I'm the statistics we read about and I'll probably have to learn to live w it, Idk. On a good now, I'm 60lbs down today, so as least I'm getting something out of the deal:/. I pray that your issues will subside soon, but you look fabulous. I'm 5'3ish, so to me I still look n feel chubby, others c the loss, perhaps I will too one-day:) God bless you, Deez.

Deez you are too too kind! Sorry to hear about the swallowing challenges but hopefully you and I will be Back to our normal selves sooner than later! This time next year our challenges will be a thing of the past praise GOD

I still feel chubby despite 90 pound loss since October last year lol -- everyone tells me to stop losing but can't help it due to diet restrictions and intolerances so so weird

0.2 loss this week, but a loss is in the right direction. I had a hard time meeting my calories this week so it reflected on the scale. Gotta get my calories up again.

Anyone else having stretches of time when nothing tastes good and you feel as if you are force feeding yourself?
