Cravings during time of month! Willpower won

I started cycle today and had to go grocery shopping today. I went down and reviewed crackers. Found one with 12 carbs 2.5 fat for 8 crackers....70 calories btw. I placed them in basket. I walked around store for 15 mins . I left crackers....I was so proud of myself cause man did I want them

Good job! When Im craving something because of that "time" I go for some hot chocolate (skim milk with Sugar Free Chocolate syrup) or a chocolate covered strawberry or vitatops makes a double chocolate muffin top that has Vitamins and Fiber and its nice and rich. That usually quenches the hormonal craving for me.

Here is what the website says: All Natural 2 oz. Deep chocolate Kosher VitaTops with real cocoa, chocolate chips, whole wheat & organic sugar. Each muffin top contains 100 calories, 1.5g fat, 9g Fiber & 4g Protein.

So you still get your fiber AND a little Protein. They are delicious. I put them in the microwave for about 45 seconds and bam, yummy! I buy mine at Jewel but Ive seen them at Target and Walmart too. They are in the frozen section. Deee-licious.

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
