Yummm I like breakfast sausages pork of course.

I just found Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage "patties and links" I was surprised to find them really good!!! :) Might be worth looking into!

Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage are pretty good.

I made some italian sausage meatballs yesterday and they were yummy and easy! Then I looked at calories in each and the fat in each (260 calories in each link) and decided I couldn't afford to eat them. I was sad :(

Every am I have either 1 pc of bacon or 1 sausage link. My choesterol is perfect and it keeps me full for hours. Plus an egg, of course. I do sausage just fine

I tried Bob Evans Turkey Sausage a few days ago. It went down pretty well. I plan on throwing that in with my fried egg a few times a week. How long until bacon?? I definitely have to email my NUT tomorrow lol

Oh my how I've spent to much time reading labels on this, hehehe, I did however get least caloric ones and only chicken and turkey up to date on that and plus look for things like apple and herb's rather and not the cheese filled ones.

I love Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage crumbles. They're really good!

I bought some of these on Sat and I'm going to make a small omelet for breakfast when I get home. I hope they are good never, I have never tried them.
