Sick all the time
- Sick all the time
I am 2 months post op and really struggling with food.....no matter what I eat, eggs, fish, chicken, protein drinks I either throw up or feel so nauseous....anyone else experience this? It just started happening over the last week or so- 5 Confessions (Join In)
I confess that I don't exercise I confess that I don't ever get in all my Protein or fluids I confess I don't take my Vitamins I confess that every once in awhile I will eat a chip I confess that I haven't felt this good in a very long time- Band to sleeve success question....
In December 2008 I had the band and lost 60 lbs...... In July 2011 the band eroded and I had to have it removed......I gained almost all of the weight back and decided on the sleeve.....I had the sleeve 8/29/13 and I have lost 32lbs in 6 weeks....I couldn't be happier with the surgery- Finally!
Awesome......congrats- Thanksgiving Challenge
I'm in Hw 225 Cw 196 Goal for Thanksgiving 185- I'm sleeved
Heating pad helped me a lot- Bread products
Does anyone have problems with flatbreads, wraps or multi grain sandwich thins......as a previous band patient these were all no no's but I'm wondering if the sleeve can tolerate them....- Sausage?
The Morningstar sausage is actually very good- Weighing In....How Ofter is Too Often?
If my boyfriend didn't hide my scale I'd probably be on it 5x a day obsessing, but since he did Sunday is my weigh day and its always nice to see the number go down even if just a few pounds....I lost 4 lbs this week so I'm down 30lbs since my surgery 6 wks ago....it's less anxiety not weighing daily, at least for me....- New NSV!
Enjoy the fair......I love the NSV's- 7 weeks post surgery
I'm 6 weeks and I have lost 30lbs....I did not have a preop diet and I am very happy and thankful with my results so far- Does eating out become awkward after VSG?
I went out to eat for the 1st time since sleeved 6 wks ago and it was with boyfriends coworkers.....we were at the Olive Garden, I did not eat the salad or the breadsticks and as everyone was passing around those items I just said no thank you and nobody questioned it.....I ordered the seafood bordello which is on the new lighter fair menu....it was scallops, shrimp and tilapia in a wine sauce....I had my usual 5 or 6 bites and took the rest home....again nobody said a word.....so I guess so far so good- Has anyone had 2 c-sections before being sleaved?
I have had 2 c sections and a hysterectomy.....also had lapband and lapband removed.....my recovery from the sleeve was a piece of cake compared to any of them- Pics of my husband 2 months out
Wow amazing progress.....very handsome- Besides weight loss, what has been the biggest benefit since getting surgery?
My self esteem is slowly coming back....I have more confidence when leaving the house.....and I love fitting in my clothes that I haven't been able to wear forever.... - Sick all the time
