  1. Do you still have your gallbladder? I just had to have mine removed for the same reason
  2. I have been slowing down on the weight loss but it's still going down instead of up.....I have to learn patience....my SW was 225 on aug 29 and I am now at 181 so this makes me smile.....so 41 to go

  5. I am 2months post op and I hit a stall and haven't lost anything the last 2weeks.....then I get on the scale today (only weigh once a week) and woohoo.....down 5 lbs......thank goodness because that was frustrating

  7. I was sleeved Aug 29, my surgery weight was 225 my current weight is 194 and I've hit a stall....I have been at the same weight for 2 weeks and I'm so frustrated....

  10. I am 2 months post op and really struggling with food.....no matter what I eat, eggs, fish, chicken, protein drinks I either throw up or feel so nauseous....anyone else experience this? It just started happening over the last week or so
  11. I confess that I don't exercise I confess that I don't ever get in all my Protein or fluids I confess I don't take my Vitamins I confess that every once in awhile I will eat a chip I confess that I haven't felt this good in a very long time
  12. In December 2008 I had the band and lost 60 lbs...... In July 2011 the band eroded and I had to have it removed......I gained almost all of the weight back and decided on the sleeve.....I had the sleeve 8/29/13 and I have lost 32lbs in 6 weeks....I couldn't be happier with the surgery

  16. Does anyone have problems with flatbreads, wraps or multi grain sandwich thins......as a previous band patient these were all no no's but I'm wondering if the sleeve can tolerate them....

If my boyfriend didn't hide my scale I'd probably be on it 5x a day obsessing, but since he did Sunday is my weigh day and its always nice to see the number go down even if just a few pounds....I lost 4 lbs this week so I'm down 30lbs since my surgery 6 wks ago....it's less anxiety not weighing daily, at least for me....

  20. I'm 6 weeks and I have lost 30lbs....I did not have a preop diet and I am very happy and thankful with my results so far

I went out to eat for the 1st time since sleeved 6 wks ago and it was with boyfriends coworkers.....we were at the Olive Garden, I did not eat the salad or the breadsticks and as everyone was passing around those items I just said no thank you and nobody questioned it.....I ordered the seafood bordello which is on the new lighter fair menu....it was scallops, shrimp and tilapia in a wine sauce....I had my usual 5 or 6 bites and took the rest home....again nobody said a word.....so I guess so far so good
  22. I have had 2 c sections and a hysterectomy.....also had lapband and lapband removed.....my recovery from the sleeve was a piece of cake compared to any of them

  24. My self esteem is slowly coming back....I have more confidence when leaving the house.....and I love fitting in my clothes that I haven't been able to wear forever....
