  5. I am doing all I can and my scale as been the same, give or take about a pound, for about 3 weeks total!!!! Super duper frustrating. not sure what else I can possibly do. Thank goodness I have a dr appointment next week so I can discuss what is going on. Hopefully they will give me full exercise clearance as well. I know what you are going through is 100% normal. good luck!

  10. I have not done measurements but I can def see the difference in the fit of my clothes for sure. Every day I see my body changing. Dont understand how that can be if the scale isn't moving....

  17. I'm one of those people who say they have "only lost" 33lbs. I know it's silly to complain. But I know there is nothing else I can do differently and I have been at the same weight for almost a month. (I'm concerned that I have lost all that I am going to lose) Sleeved on October 4th Start Weight: 217lbs Day of Surgery: 203lbs Current Weight: 184lbs
  18. I understand completely. UPDATE I have now been at the same weight for almost 3 weeks. I wonder now if 33lbs is all I'll lose. So frustrating. Im countung calories, exercise at least 30 minutes a day/4days a week, I dont know what else to do....

  21. Thank you all for your input. I do realize I am not alone with this issue. That doesn't make it any less frustrating! I try not to weigh every day and didnt for about 5 days straight. So damn annoying waiting 5 days to find out you lost zip! I will just keep on keepin on.
  22. I know there are a hundred threads out there regarding this...so im sorry for posting. I had been at a stand still for about 8 days, then the scale moved.....up about a pound! Now im stuck there for another 7 days or so. I am currently on soft solids and have been for a little over a week. I have upped my exercise too. This is so frustrating and difficult. I really dont know what else I can possibly do differently to get myself out of this funk. Any advice is appreciated! Surgery 10/4/13 HW: 217 SW: 203 CW: 185

  27. I was just updating my weight loss and i noticed that my little butterfly on my ticker is almost half way. I did the math and i have 10 more pounds to lose until i am at the half way point!!! This is putting things into perspective and i cannot wait until my half way mark! How is everyone doing?? Are you at your half way point? how many more pounds until you are there? Happy Halloween all! BTW, i am dress as Rosie the Riveter...ya know, "We Can Do It!"
  28. I'm feeling good now. He suggested a possiblr iron deficiency. Im on puree and taking vitamins. Move to soft solids on Thursday. Omg can I tell you I said the same thing today?! I would kill for a salad. Who would have thought? Haha
  29. Funny mostly preop I met with Dr Ahmad, now I mostly see either Corpi or Agarwala. Everyone seems to be pretty good. Although I called the nurse today, Annamarie? I think...and she never called me back. I didn't really have a bad recovery. I would say it was generally pretty good. Rough couple of first days and then last week I had some really bad dizzy spells (which Dr Agarwala couldn't really explain) But now that I am on purees I am feeling really pretty good!
  30. Hi Chelsi! how was your experience with Dr Ahmad and the office? You are luck you had a fast recovery!
