  1. I went from 42ddd to 34ddd then had reduction that went wrong do currently I’m 34a/b but getting surgery in March to full D @475cc dr says that’s were he should put me considering I have lots of loose skin after reduction
  2. I had abdominal plastic which was $8500 out of pocket

  12. I’m 4 yrs post op RNY & doing good still doing protein & water daily
  13. They are only 4 grams of sugar per serving but needed because low blood sugar can cause seizures
  14. Mine drops a lot still 4 yrs post op, my dr says keep glucose wafer tabs for emergencies, get at Walmart $3
  15. I'm a bypass 4 yrs post op , when I'm dehydrated I drink a cold cup of pickle juice it will rehydrate the body /energy come back, some ppl require 2 cups but it works I'm proof..
  16. I'm also post op since July 2023 it's going crazy here with vitamin deficiency for past yr.
  17. I just found out that since my bypass in 2013 I'm unable to absorb Vitamin D anymore now I must get Prolia shots @ $1,500 per shot twice a year this stinks.
