It is very very tart. But not disgusting. I mixed it with flavored water and drank it real quick. Nothing yet, lol.

I didn't have to do that whole mag thing. Just clear liquids 48 hours before surgery.

I kind of got sad yesterday when I realized I could never have a blizzard from dairy queen or cheesy nachos from the mexican place again.

I feel you....After being on my liquid diet for two weeks (my surgery is Tuesday 9/17/13) I had my first dream last night that I was eating hot wings! I woke up soooo hungry!

Congrats and good luck to all those have surgery tomorrow 9/16....mines is 9/17! Sooo nervous and excited at the same time! Im currently wondering how I'm going to make it to my afternoon surgery at 3pm with NPO after midnight :-( ill be soooo thirsty!

I just drank mine too lol..it tasted ok better than what I thought

Just focus on the goal! You got this!!!

I've had about 20 calories today lol plus the mag

Getting my last bit of water in before midnight!

I still have a little bit its only 10 here

About 9-hours until I check-in at 7:30 tomorrow morning for surgery. Not sure I will get much sleep tonight. Excited!!!!

liquids all day today was a little tough, but my husband was sweet and he left the house today whenever he wanted to eat. I finished a final bottle of Water for the evening and let's see if I can close my eyes and get some rest, for the big day tomorrow.

Okay, day four still letting the dog in and the dog out. Pain is very tolerable now, don't think I'll even take a dose. Went from every six to 12 hours, and have been up and done so much just going to the bathroom from all the liquid feel it totally has helped. I agree with everyone, even though you get to feeling better every day, handling all the animals, and two toddlers is a bit extreme. I just changed my bandages where the drains were. I have stitches in the main drain and staples in the other, so not worried as feel it could take quite a lot to tear. Anyway, please take it as easy as you can sageandcoyesmommy.

BB and Co (all my fellow 16thers) I'm about 5 hours away from checking in and 7 hours from surgery! Stopped Clear Liquids 15 minutes ago. Packing a bag (not taking much as most said they never use it) and then going to watch some Golden Girls. I probably won't sleep LOL. Too excited! I'll be thinking of you all when I go in. Peace, blessings and a successful surgery to us ALL!

That's great to know. I hope mine goes as smooth as yours :)

Tell you what..my bf has not been very supportive today. I was trying to have a serious conversation with him and he was being dumb. Then when I got on to him he got up and left. He's been doing stupid crap all day too...and getting on my freakin nerves
