  2. My starting weight is 286. I had surgery on Sep 16. The first 2-3 weeks I lost 30 lbs. Ever since I have been only losing if I'm lucky 1-2 lbs. What gives man. Am I doing something wrong? I only eat 3 times a. Day and its all meat and cheese.
  3. Most days I drink decaf. But maybe once a week I'll splurge for regular
  4. Lol saggy baggies! That made my day.
  5. If you throw up, do you count the food you threw up for your intake?
  6. I have the same problem!! I lost 44 lbs then have stalled for 2-3 weeks...hoping to go down soon. I'm 6-7 weeks out
  7. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem. Almost every day, one meal a day, I throw up. I'm not eating anything new, and afterwards I can finish it. For example, I measure out 3 ozs of chicken with low fat cheese. I eat about 1 oz then I feel like my chest is going to explode get the burpies then throw up. I don't eat it too fast and chew it till it's practically not there. It sometimes is the first meal I eat, but sometimes can be the last meal. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I'm 6-7 weeks out.
  8. this morning I had about .5 oz of chicken breast before I went to work 930. I started feeling full and quit eating. I threw up twice while at work at 11. Went home and drank some fluids and now I've thrown up just the fluids, twice so far and it is now 1222. I'm about 5 weeks out. I chewed it up good. I have severe burpies going on. Should I be concerned?
  9. I feel worse today then I did yesterday. I think if I could vomit I would feel better.
  10. Today was the first day since I had surgery that we decided to go out to eat. I realized, there are way too many incompetent people out there. First we went to Wendys. I ordered a small chili and minute maid 15 calorie lemonade. They gave me a 'natural' lemonade and said they no longer had the other (even though it was an option on their fountain drinks). I asked them if it had sugar in it and they said no. So, I almost drank it. Then decided to look it up. In the 16 oz cup, it had 25 grams of sugar!! I took it back up there and complained and she acted like I was crazy. Then, my Mom took us to a mexican place. I ordered a regular taco salad which should of had chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato. They gave me something that had all that plus green peppers, onions, and like two inches of grease. I complained, and the guy couldn't speak enough english to understand what I was saying, so I ate a few bites. I am now trying to fight the urge to vomit (TMI). It will be a long time before I EVER eat out again.

  12. I asked for a sugar free vanilla latte and they gave me pumpkin spice
  13. I had 2 ozs of chicken with some tomato paste and mozzarella cheese.
  14. I had surgery on the 16th of september. I currently get between 400-600 calories a day. I stick to 3 meals a day, and occasionally have a 'treat'-diet hot chocolate, or something like that.

  16. I understand the walking thing. I hate doing it if it's on a treadmill. I last 20 minutes if I'm lucky.
