  1. Me too, but it helps that I'm sick with a cough/cold right now too!
  2. Thanks for sharing the video. I have been finding myself taking sips of Water here and there....this is my reminder to stop! HW 227, DOS 9/3/13, CW 191
  3. Drink lots and lots of Water. Step up your exercise with a lot more cardio HW 227, DOS 9/3/13, CW 191
  4. I was told caffeine dehydrates you and we are already fighting to stay hydrated after surgery. However, I don't always follow the rules....I have one small cup every other day or I will make a 8 oz cup with 1/2 decaf and then try to drink an extra glass of Water a day. I'm not to worried about dehydration because I don't have problem with getting liquids in. I'm more concerned about my acid reflex kicking back in. HW 227, DOS 9/3/13, CW 191
  5. I have been noticing that too! HW 227, DOS 9/3/13, CW 191
  6. Started a couch to 5k run this week. I'm so happy I made it through all the intervals of running! Besides that loving that I can cross my legs, fitting in two sizes smaller and getting compliments like crazy. Life is good right now! HW 227, DOS 9/3/13, CW 191
  7. I'm a little over a month out, so too early for hair loss. However, I've noticed that my nails are growing fast and a lot stronger from taking Biotin. I started taking preop HW 227, DOS 9/3/13, CW 191

  11. My surgery was 9-3 and I was instructed to eat 900 calories. I'm suppose to stay there until 6 months post op them it can go up to 1200 or near there to maintain. I would check with your doctor though Start weight 224, Surgery weight 205, Current weight 199

  14. Oh okay, I haven't been paying attention to the timing. I will have to observe more closely tomorrow. Thank you Start weight 224, Surgery weight 205, Current weight 199
  15. Thanks Music. I've got an appointment in a few weeks with my doctor. But, I might put a call into the surgeons office tomorrow about it. It is weird it comes and goes but when it is present it is really noticeable Start weight 224, Surgery weight 205, Current weight 199
  16. So I'm almost 5 weeks post op and I've been getting a really bad pain in my back. It is not in my lower back where I did to get it. It is is on my right side, under my shoulder blade. I'm trying to determine if it has anything to do with the surgery. I've had no complications thusfar. Anyone have pain in this area? Start weight 224, Surgery weight 205, Current weight 199
  17. Thanks Edm852 and baconville! Start weight 224, Surgery weight 205, Current weight 199
  18. Thanks DLCOGGIN, I actually got the weight watchers bathroom scale. I am looking for a food scale though. I have a old plastic one and it is hard to read the ounces on it. Start weight 224, Surgery weight 205, Current weight 199

  23. I will be going back in Monday. It will be 4 weeks out. I could have gone back to work within a week, but I hate my job and wanted extra me time. Start weight 224, Surgery weight 205, Current weight 199
  24. Yes, they have me count them. I also can use Jello, popsicles, cream Soups and yogurt as liquid too. Start weight 224, Surgery weight 205, Current weight 199
  25. Love zumba too! I'm signing up for the next class at my rec center. Obesta...I would increase your cardo to 30 minutes of whatever kind of cardo u like. Over the next few weeks I would try to increase the amount of time or intensity. I'm not much for knowing about weight training, but I was told not to do it everyday as your muscles need time to recoup. However that might be different since you are working on different areas. Just as someone else mentioned, it probably would be a good idea to talk to a trainer. The should be able to give u a starting plan that u can build from. Good luck!
